OBS My Scene Sources not showing cam view

OBS 28.1.2
Windows 11 Laptop.
I have 4 USB Cameras connected to my Laptop via I powered USB HUB.
All 4 Cameras show up in my Device Manager
All 4 Cameras work in the Camera Application on the Laptop.
In OBS I have 4 scenes and 4 sources all created as video capture device.
Only one Scene works the other three I get a blank display.
In the scene that works I can view the other cameras if I select them
How do I get the other scene sources to work?
I tried to delete them and recreate them no luck.
