Bug Report OBS multiplatform update made my video output bad!

So i updated obs and i started recording a video and when i finished recording and saw the video was running on 1 frame per 20 seconds!!!!!! Before the update it was doing 30 frames per secondl.. Why does this happeen?

Oh sorry i fixed the problem i had to fix the encoder preset sorry..
