Question / Help OBS Multiplatform Not Running

Multiplatform will not load. It will say it is running in the task bar, but nothing will show up. The original OBS will run, but multiplatform will not. I have redownloaded it 5 or 6 times and restarted my computer 3 times.

Do you have a "fake" 2nd monitor to enable QuickSync in Windows 7? If yes, is the window off screen? (WindowsKey+Shift+LeftArrow/RightArrow)
