Question / Help Obs multiplatform no game audio

greetings untul now ive been using regular obs for my stream.
now i tried obs multiplatform and i really like it.even the mic quality is better.
im using a avermedia lgx extreme to capture my xbox one or ps4.
on regular obs all works fine.
i cant get my game audio to obs.no matter setting i use.
desktop sound is ok.aux mic is ok.
but the capture card no sound.
seen a lot of videos but nothing helped until now,.
anyone with this problem?

Do you not hear game audio on a stream/recording or do you not hear it in your headphones/desktop speakers?

The game audio is not going at all.
Same thing for stream and record.
No green bar.
Regular obs works great.

Can you post a screenshot of your capture card properties? In OBS right click the Capture card in scenes, choose properties and then configure video. That's the config I'd like to see

could be the avermedia new drivers and rec central?
but in regular obs all good...

I am having the same problem I believe. My audio in game works until I turn OBS studio on then I get no audio from media players, games, etc. I can't hear to play and it's not in the video. Can't seem to find a solution.

My capture card is not output any audio.
But normal obs is good.
Gonna unistall regular obs and see.

What media player are you using to check your recordings?
Have you tried using stream engine?
