OBS Multiplatform Doesn't Give Valid Desktop Audio Options

OBS doesn't allow me to select my Desktop Audio device so I have to run all audio through Mic/Aux instead of splitting the audio channels. I am using virtual audio cables and Voice Meeter. Attached is the list of options it gives me. If you have any questions about my issue just ask.

What makes you think that "Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)" and "Speakers (Rocketfish Headset)" aren't your actual desktop audio devices?
I want to use the virtual audio cables for desktop audio and none of those work. Also the Realtek speakers don't work either. Oddly enough the Headset works with a mic on desktop audio.

When you say doesn't work what do you mean? If you choose a Virtual Cable output in the drop down list do you see it listed in the Mixer list underneath the preview window? If you see it do you see the level changing with the green bar?

By default you can't always hear all the audio that OBS is adding to a stream or recording. Try making a test recording and playing back the resultant file using VLC, not media player and see if you can hear all the audio you are expecting.
