Bug Report OBS Multi extremely unstable with Elgato HD60 PRO

I'm using the Elgato HD60 PRO and have nothing but issues. The reason I want to use Multi is that it doesn't have the audio delay that regular OBS does. For some reason it's just not working though. If I change a setting OBS Multi goes in to "Not Responding". I'm losing my mind trying to get this working, because there's a YouTube video of a guy with the same setup as mine having ZERO ISSUES and walking through a tutorial on how to use it with the capture card. Like wtf!? Help?

It is set to 1080p now and it did help. The motion is a bit choppy though. I have it set to 30 fps, but it looks like less than 30. Let me add that I went back and downloaded 0.12.0 because that's the version I saw in this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYFazxnUelI

PS. I got an answer from elgato about the audio delay in OBS regular. They said that with the way "Output Audio to Desktop" works there's no way to fix the delay. >:(
