Hello. I'm curently using the 0.10.1 64-bit build. The same issue was present in 0.10 and 0.9.
It happens with any font in any configuration, as well.
Basically, if your text from a file features any kind of accents or cedillas, those characters won't be rendered at first. Here's an example.
Then, I uncheck "Read from file", and proceed to type any accents I can execute, and they actually render properly. They also work on fonts outside the default OS ones if they feature support for them.
Now, I check "Read from file" again, and there they are. No other changes happened to the file in the meantime.
OBS is able to "remember" the accents I teached it for the duration of the session. Once it's closed and opened again, I have to type the accents again so that OBS can render them again.
