Question / Help OBS Multi 0.11.1 Audio Delay w/ El Gato

So I figured out how to delay my video.
And I read that you click the gear next to the audio you want, and can add the audio delay, (about 450-650) but when I click the gear, I only see the Noise Gate and Gain.
Is there a way in the new update to add the delay?

It's the gear next to the word Mixer, above the box with all the audio sources.
