Obs mp4 file wont get deleted!

i was testing out some stuff on obs when my recording couldn't stop. i kept press the stop button but it didn't work. so i had to close obs and boom. everything was normal until i saw mp4 files in my video folder. i tried deleting them but it cant go away!! please help me out here!

Ive also just encountered a problem just like yours, I stopped recording and it created a mp4 file that I cannot delete, did you find out how to solve this??
