Question / Help OBS MP w/ Capture Card

So i have a Avermedia Live Gamer Extreme. When I add it as a scene all it says "Signal Out of range" does anyone know of a fix ? Ive looked everywhere. please help

What do u mean? Like if I open it in the Software or if i try to configure it? Because this CC works with regular OBS and in the Software itself

then you have some settings in the properties of the video capture device in multiplatform that are set wrong.
