Bug Report OBS MP quality drop

Every time I'm recording, I have a quality drop for some reason.
I am using the AMD encoder with these settings from the log.
I've been tweaking the settings but couldn't find the problem.
The video recorded with these settings is uploaded her:
https://youtu.be/Wkq-k9Y21ZI
After 2:30 the screen becomes blurry from the bottom of the screen up.

While using the AMD version of the normal OBS I do not have any problems recording on the same bitrate, FPS ect.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Does this work? the test is otherwise to long.

Also one thing I noticed. My set bitrate is 10.000. The file proteties say that the bitrate for the posted video above is 7808 kbps. In longer video's its even around 1500 kbps

It may just be the Media Foundation VCE support that OBS-MP currently uses. I get some weird corruption issues with Quick Sync in OBS-MP as well. You could always try using the local recording guide's settings with x264 instead.

Yes, looks like it. I tried 15 different settings today and they all failed. I will upload that log for the devs. All the results were the same. The only thing that did work was indeed the X264 setting.
I'm back using the AMD version provided in the following like. That version works just fine.

I looked a little into transfering some setting from the one to the other, but I coudn't find anything usefull.

It does just seem to me that the amount of settings given by MP are just not enough or some hidden settings are set up wrong. I don't know
