I think it's a known issue with windows 10 , looking at the logs it said that it used "memory capture" which jim said is really bad , the weired thing tho is that the frame rate is fine at the beginning , with time it keeps dropping , till it reaches very low numbers on an indie unity engine game , while monitor capture is able to make a smooth 60 FPS capture...
