I have problem with streaming, my bitrate wont stay stable and im not talking about going 1000kbit over the limit, im saying my bitrates go to 18000-28000, even when max bitrate is being set to 4500 :(.
Any ideas how to fix it, i've tried VBR, CBR and even QCR nothing will work, its always up to 28000, i did use "low latency" which made the stream low quality lagging, and not working but the bitrates did change from 100 to 8000, though now my obs wont allow me to experiment with that as it will crash and send 0 kbits.
Btw. I have tried lower resolution and fps to 30/60 same problem.
