Question / Help OBS MP 0.12.4 lag, actual game running fine

Hello, wanted to see if anyone has come across a similar problem I'm facing. Using OBS MP 0.12.4 to record and the video preview and exported video are both very laggy. The game itself runs smooth, but the OBS recording is choppy. Any suggestions would be welcome. Log below.

The log you posted is not a complete log. Can you do a recording, restart OBS, and upload the "last"log?
