Question / Help OBS Missing Runtime Components, still?

(Note: I refreshed my PC not too long ago which resets it but keeps the files so I'm having to download everything all again, and yes OBS worked absolutely fine before then.)
I've seen people come across this problem lately, but however I myself have not found a solution. So of course, I'm getting the 'missing runtime components' error message, where I've downloaded vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe multiple times, as well as OBS itself.
A recommendation was to repair Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable from Programs and Features in the Control Panel, I have multiple in there from 2005, 2008 and 2010 of different bits (don't know if these are necessary/required) yet the only one it allows me to repair is 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistrubutable (x64)' which I installed today, and I presume is from clicking on the link given from the error message. So I repaired it and restarted my laptop, but still no luck. I don't know how many options I have to solve this.
