Hi,
I have a problem on my cousin pc using a usb capture card (one of those cheap generic ones) when try to add it as video acquisition device won't show up on obs, but is showing up corectly on windows device manager.
Looking online i saw that the most common problem is to enable the permission of camera in privacy, when i went to check obs was missing from the list and windows don't allow to add it manually.
I tried to reinstall obs and create a new user but is never showing in the list.
There is a solution to this problem aside a new windows install?
