Question / Help Obs Microphone Audio Breaking

Hello Forums!
I am having a issue with my microphone and OBS and I was wondering if it was something in settings or just a bug in the programming. Randomly throughout my streams my mic will all of a sudden be unrecognizable. It literally sounds like a underwater robot or something. Once it breaks I have to completely shut down my stream and OBS and restart it just for the audio to get back to normal. If you go to yesterdays stream (https://www.twitch.tv/jaymealann/v/95747903) anywhere after 3 hours and 40 minutes, you can hear what it sounds like. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it as this makes it hard to communicate with those watching.

You need something to do with your USB audio device. Try to plug in it to other USB port/hub (where nothing connected). Try to lower device settings in windows to 16 bit 44100 Stereo, maybe that can minimize usb bus use and device buffering.
And streaming with wireless connection is not recommended. You have some frame drops (connection issues).

So I did a hard wired connection, Lowered the device settings(which only made it super quiet) and even emptied all the ports minus the mic and it still keeps happening.... I really do not know what to do.

Maybe you did something wrong. Lowering settings never affects volume of the source.

I figured out what happened there. My question is why is it still messing up the mic? I even lowered the bitrate to try and see if that helped but it kept randomly happening. This is the log from last night

Try to use other device or simple mic connected to the on-board sound card (in most cases it works flawlessly). And probably, I don't have a better solution for you. I don't familiar with this device but I see from the log that it buffering but never disconnects. You can try to ask device manufacturer for support.
