Question / Help OBS Mic distortion

Having trouble getting this annoying mic distortion to go away.

I have tried so many suggestions and possible fixes at this point I am at a loss. It isn't the webcam, the audio is the same with or without it plugged in. Any thoughts?

For anyone having this issue, I somehow fixed it on my last attempt. Apparently noise suppression can cause this distortion. Adding a default compressor first then the noise suppression and noise gate after did the trick. No idea why, but ill take it.

Would you say you were having the same issue as in my video? Your video is no longer available and I'm curious if that will fix mine too.
