Question / Help OBS Mic Delay with Elgato/Webcam

I know the delay is 1400 milliseconds but for my mic it gives me 3 options. Attack time, hold time, and release time. Which one would I set to 1400 milliseconds to sync with my elgato and webcam?

1. Activate scene with sound input device
2. Click "Mixer (Gear)"
3. Change "Sync Offset (ms)"

Now I am having another issue. I have a delay on my webcam and my mic and obs crashes. Any ideas?
