OBS Mic audio help

I record and stream in OBS Studio. I use Gain, Noise Sub, and Noise gate. But how do I keep background noise out while a talk clearly. I also tried to add a compressor, but the compressor seems to add some background music, I wanna keep my mic audio constant while sounding good. How do I do it?

To reduce background noise in your room, choose a quiet room and use a microphone with a directional pickup pattern and make the distance between your mouth and the mic as small as possible. A noise floor is reduced by a noise gate while you don't speak. To lower the volume of other sources while you speak, add the compressor filter to these other sources and add your mic as "Sidechain/Ducking source".
