Obs messing with Keyboard

Hello, first of all I want to clarify that I speak Spanish and therefore there may be grammatical errors. I have a very particular problem, I have a keyboard layout in Spanish (Latin America), when I have Obs installed when I want to use the ' either in a letter or individually (á) it is written 2 times ("a), I already checked multiple times and Every time it happens it is with obs installed, any idea how to solve it?

Try to search for "How to type Spanish accents on a PC" online. Maybe Alt + 0225 or Alt + 0193 (on numeric pad) will work. The letter appear only after the Alt key released.
