i REALLY need your help, im having a lot of connection issues lately.

i have a really good internet connection, 850mb download, 600mb upload fiber connection, i just did a test uploading a youtube video while downloading other stuff (as you can see from those terrible quality screenshots from a video that i recorded with my phone) and i manage to get 689mb up, 45mb down at the same time, or 111mb up and 982 down at the same time, that means i can download and upload at high values at the same time, no connection issues, everything fine (windows 10 btw)

HOWEVER.

When im live, my upload keeps at 7/8mb (normal, i know), and my download speed at 1mb (i keep an edge tab with my own live open at 360p so i can read chat/keep an eye for any issue) but if my download reach something like 20 or 30mb (so lets say im watching a youtube video while streaming), my internet connection on the PC goes down, OBS disconnects itself and:

Sometimes after a couple of seconds or minutes the connection gets re-established (i enabled that OBS feature that tries to connect again)
or
Windows looses connection entirely and i get a message unidentified connection, forcing me to restart the PC (and restart my livestream)

I know, i know, it does sound like a windows problem, or ISP problem.... the thing is.. this only happen when im live with OBS open... like i said i can donwload/upload fine at the same time, but not with OBS open while livestreaming.

so PLEASE i need help because this is painfull. yesterday i had to restart my PC 4 times in 4 hours, even playing ads on my livestream return tab gets everything down..

OBS up to date, no similar/internet issues on daily use, only when im livestreaming.

I understand your thought process here but your issue isn't really "while using OBS" but moreso "while using my network to stream". I'd try basic troubleshooting steps like checking for wifi/ethernet driver updates, restarting your router, etc. You can also test streaming with other software to confirm the issue is the same, I expect it will be as OBS is just using your network....any disconnects like this would be the fault of the network or possibly some other software that is managing your network.
