OBS main screen plain white.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, changing graphics settings, updating drivers, reverting to an older version. All still getting the plain white screen. I also cannot connect to streamelements either.
Here is the most recent crash report, I don't understand any of it, but I do see "nvvirtualcamerafilter" which I think is Nvidia Broadcast? Maybe? But I dont know how to fix?
