Hello to the whole OBS community.
I am currently using an Elgato HD60S + on a Mac mini M1 (and record xbox SX games). It works, I also use the Apple hardware encoder thanks to a trick found on the forum, everything is fine on that side.
However, I appeal to those who mostly use M1s.
Do you feel a lack of fluidity during your sessions / recordings?
I record at 60 fps but I clearly don't think I'm at this level, unlike the same tests on a Windows PC where I find the recordings to be smoother. I feel like I'm hovering around 40-50fps on M1, I find it amazing knowing that I don't have any dropouts whatsoever. This is also valid when I use the cpu just in case.
