Question / Help OBS mac for recording game best settings?

I play World of Tanks Blitz on my mac but when i record then final video are choppy and seem laggy.
Which capture should i be using ? I currently use display capture because WotB opens in a new window and it captures the desktop but the finishing video seem laggy. Can anyone help? Am i doing something wrong? I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2012) and its 13.3-inch (2560 x 1600).
