Obs lower thirds

I downloaded and installed obs lower thirds. It was working perfectly. I closed the lower thirds control panel to work on something now I can't open it back up nor find it
Where is the control panel and how do I open it back up??

I had the same problem. I found it located at the bottom of the docks tab. I clicked on the name and it opened right back up.
