Question / Help OBS low performance and in game lag

Hi guys. From back in July when I started streaming I have a couple of problems. First I have a significant fps drop when I stream either with Nvidia or x264 encoder. In csgo for instance I have 150fps from 300-400. And the lag with x264 it's unbearable. From DMG with the lag I'm max silver elite. I have 2 monitors , one 144hz and one 60hz and here is my build :
MOBO : AsRock z87 Killer FATAL1TY
CPU : i7-4770K 4.5 GHz + Corsair H100i
GPU : Nvidia GeForce GTX 970 OC 4GB 256bit
RAM : 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 2133 Mhz
PSU : EVGA Supernova NEX 650 Gold
SSD : Corsair Neutron 128GB
HDD : Seagate 2TB + Samsung 2TB + WD 250GB

Limit fps in csgo to something reasonable, like 144 fps.

In some maps I don't have even that 144fps.
