I have recently set up fot 2 pc recording. My laptop (recording pc) should have no trouble with the load from recording and when I check the performance monitor it seems to not be under much of a load. However I am getting constant frame drops only on the OBS side, the gameplay pc is running smooth. just trying to see if I can get some help to narrow down the issue as its making our recording look rough. added log and settings list as well as a short recording for reference and im using an elgato hd60 x. let me know if anymore info would be helpful.
OBS low/inconsistent framerate with light system load

I have found that the stuttering happens no matter what settings I change and whether I'm recording or not. tried setting the output settings as low as possible and as high as possible, changed to each of the different video encoders, changed the app priority. vsync on and off, dropping resolution from 1440 down to 720, fps down from 60 to 30. none of this has any effect, there is always an intermittent stuttering that I can see in the recording window and in the recorded video. the game itself on the recording pc is getting no slowdown at all and I have tried with both a hd60 s and hd60 x with the same results.
