OBS Lovense Toolset installation problem

I was running a tip-activated Lovense Lush from OBS studio and all was fine. Then today, the tip menu overlay wasn't showing up. I deleted the Lovense OBS Toolset from OBS, re-downloaded the file, but now my computer – Apple M1 chip, running Sonoma 14.7.1 – isn't able to reinstall the file. I keep getting an error message just saying that – that's it was unable to install it. I'm pretty not-good at computer problem solving. If anyone has any ideas as to what's going wrong and how I could fix this, I'd be very appreciative!

I am having the exact same issue myself. I'm trying to get some tech support from Lovense at the moment.. have you had any success resolving the issue yet?
