OBS lost connection 2 weeks in a row (suspect Castr.io)

Hi folks,
We use Castr.io to restream our Sunday Services to FB and YT, and twice in the last 2 weeks OBS lost connection to Castr's RTMP server and couldn't reconnect. When it happened last Sunday, Castr said it was their fault as they had an issue with their ingest server and had applied a patch to fix it. It happened again this week (at almost the same point, after about an hour) and while we suspect it's Castr again, they haven't responded yet.

I'm attaching our log file, can someone take a look and verify my suspicions that it's an issue external to OBS? We double checked our router and the DHCP lease time is set to 24 hours, and I ran a repeating ping test to Google (8.8.8.8) and had zero packet loss over 24 hours. We're using OBS 26.0.0 (64bit) on a 2017 iMac 27" with 24GB RAM and have never had this issue over the last year.
