"Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1302 (40.1%)"
Looks like your GPU is running at >90% load and that's why there are not enough free GPU resources available to OBS for rendering your scene fast enough.

It could also be a problem of your browser sources or the amount of game capture sources (you only need one for all games, but you have 3x game capture and 1x monitor caputre).

To reduce GPU load, you need to limit ingame fps, so the GPU load will always stay under 90%.

google found this, not sure, if this way is the correct one:

Access PUBG files in your Steam directory.
Go to TslGame, Saved, Config, WindowsNoEditor, GameUserSettings.
From here, you can change the settings to your desire. Vsync and etc. are also available, even if they’re not in the in-game menu.

If you scroll down a little, you’ll find FrameRateLimit=1000.000000
Change the value to whatever you want.
e.g
FrameRateLimit=60.000000

In case your system already struggles to keep the framerate in PUBG over 60fps, you might need to reduce ingame details as well.
