Question / Help OBS losing connection

While streaming obs will lose connection anywhere between 15 minutes to and hour and a half after the stream starts. I have not been able to button it down to whats causing the issue. Previously I had not had any issue prior to installing the anniversary update. I previously uninstalled the anniversary update deleted obs and reinstalled studio and was unable to find a solution to the issue. I'm currently running the latest version of studio, as well as reinstalled anniversary considering that nothing else that I've found has worked at this present moment.

Its not listing anything in crash reports because it'll still show the stream is live yet not connected, it generally needs to be force closed through task manager because a version of obs will be left running in the background if reopened.

The errors in your log are pretty typical indications of issues with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. However, you said that uninstalling the Windows 10 Anniversary Update didn't fix the problem. Do you have logs that show this error from the time period between uninstalling the Anniversary Update and reinstalling it? Particularly with OBS Studio 0.16.2 would help.

to clarify obs 0.16.2 wasn't out when i uninstalled the anniversary update. I was running an older version at that time.

That log still shows that the Anniversary Update was installed at the time (Build 14393 = Version 1607 = Anniversary Update). Unfortunately, the Windows revision detection (showing which cumulative updates you had installed) didn't work quite right before OBS Studio 0.16.0, so I can't tell from that log whether or not you had rolled back any cumulative updates.
