Question / Help OBS loses audio every 10-12 minutes in stream

Produced a 2 hour live stream yesterday. Video was rock solid with no dropped frames, but every 10-12 minutes OBS would lose audio. I had to click audio settings and reselect source each time. Is it a software issue or do I have something set wrong?

Setup ... 1080p29.97 SDI signal from switcher to Blackmagic UltraStudio Mini connected via Thunderbolt to 2019 Macbook Pro running OBS 25.0.8 set to "Simple" output mode.

No output session in log.

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program. We recommend always including it just in case.

Open OBS. Start an output session (streaming or recording). Observe your issue. Stop the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS.
