OBS "loosing" sound randomly

So I have another problem with OBS. Recently when I stream everything is working fine but randomly OBS is "loosing" sound and mic. I see bars in app moving normally but viewers can't hear anything on stream. I have to restart stream, sometimes even close app and launch again. Is there any fix for this?

i got the same, but it even starts before starting the stream all of a sudden, i just can't hear OBS anymore...not even the Test-Follows or any Notifiction nothing - is it the new Update or what can we do?
