Analyzing my OBS log I found this

"OBS is running on an Intel iGPU. This hardware is generally not powerful enough to be used for both gaming and running obs. Situations where only sources from e.g. cameras and capture cards are used might work".

I use the OBS only to streamiing to YouTube.

What should I do?

Just try to use OBS as you intended. Keep in mind that if you run into performance issues, your hardware might be too weak to support it all. In this case, you might want to upgrade your hardware.
Common measures to reduce performance requirements for OBS:
- limit fps of the game you play, if you try to record a game
- reduce output resolution
- reduce fps (30 or even lower)
- use hardware encoder (you have Quicksync, use it!)
