So since I got the new 2080ti I had some issues with my OBS recordings, there is some stuttering in my recordings.
There is no lag while I play it only appears in the video, I linked the video below with time stamp, it happens multiple times but one example is at 8:01.
Currently Recording with the "new nvenc" 50k bitrate 2k, 60fps, never had issues with this before. The game I'm playing is destiny 2 and the division 2.
Been looking for fixes on the net but can't find anything really and looking at my log files I can see some lose of frames.
Im using OBS studio on windows 10 and currently recording destiny with display capture and division 2 with game capture, both games have the same problem.
