Question / Help OBS livestream settings

Hello!

I have a problem with livestreams. Every time when I want to make a livestream, it is so laggy, and I can not continue that.
I beg you to help me as fast as you can with some settings for livestream.

PC Specs:
I7 6700HQ
GTX 960m 4GB
16 RB RAM
512GB SSD
1TB HDD

My OBS Livestream settings:
-Output advanced
NVENC H.264 (new)
Rate Control CBR
Bitrate 6000kbps
Keyframe =o
Preset performance
Profile main
GPu =0
B-frames =2
-Video
Base resolution 1600x900
output resolution 1280x720
Downscale filter bicubic
FPS value 60

I really like to make livestream with For Honor (My favorite game)
I have low settings and 900p resolution

as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.

Interface: Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 (802.11, 585 mbps)
and dont stream with wireless connections

720p30 or 720p60?
I thknk it is 720p60 right?

you can stop the stream but NOT close OBS then upload logfile
