OBS Link interrupts Razer Niyo Pro Webcam

I've successfully linked my HDMI output through the NDI source to stream my gameplay. However, my face cam stops working as soon as I link my HD60S to OBS Link. Is anybody else experiencing this issue? Is there a reason my face cam freezes when OBS Link starts up?
