As you can see it from the video above (watch it especially from 4:50 to the end) , when I live stream the game, only CPU core 1 and 2 loads up 100% and the other 4 cores remains 0%, making it laggy to the point where it is unwatchable when the game is focused. But when I click on the obs window and focus this, core 3,4,5,6 instantly starts to work up again and my game live streams smoothly in the background. What is causing this to happen? I've been trying to resolve this for 7 hours straight so far. I've tried all the settings, changed resolution, frame rate, game setting, game screen setting, CPU affinity settings, deleted Avast etc, but no luck. I'm using an integrated GPU right now, but I don't think that is the problem since this game relies heavily on CPU, and it broadcast smoothly when the obs is focused and all cores are up and running.
