Question / Help OBS lags in Twitch

I am new to OBS. The video is fine on OBS, but when I go to Twitch it lags....a lot. I am running the newest version of Mohave on my 2017 iMac and 2018 MacBook Pro.
I think my settings are okay in OBS, but obviously I am missing something. Thanks for your help!

I don’t understand. Where do I get a log file from?

"To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program."

Is it possible I see it on my end, but it doesn't show up on the other end?

Not generally, no. If the log doesn't record it but the stream itself lags, it's possible that the app you're capturing is itself experiencing lag or stutter, perhaps because of OBS-- running a graphics intensive application and OBS together takes more resources than just either alone. But the log doesn't seem to indicate that's the problem in this case.
