I just built this computer recently and haven't really tried doing anything else on it except for stream. I use two monitors, and both are at 60hz refresh rate.
I'm using a core i3-8100 which is 4 cores 4 threads, which isn't a problem because it lags only on the stream. And a GTX 1070, and I've got 20gb of ram. Lets say I pull up a game like Fortnite, and I have OBS set up on another monitor. I'm playing the game (which I always have on vsync) and I see on the other monitor that it lags on the preview even without streaming? I have my OBS settings set for 60fps aswell. I've tried almost everything I can and I still can't figure out what's wrong, and It isnt my specs because nothing ever goes over 50% usage when streaming.
