Question / Help OBS lags badly with roblox

obs is taking up like 50% of cpu once i start recording and roblox like 40%with other stuff its taking up 100% and playing roblox was all good but the recording result is so laggy

General Performance and Encoding Issues

You've got a sub 2Ghz i5 CPU and and Intel GPU. Set your canvas and output resolutions to 720p30, this machine is not going to be able to handle more in a single PC setup. You're significantly overloading your GPU and CPU.
