Question / Help OBS Laggy Video Play Back

Hi, I am trying to record using OBS and everything seems normal, until i view the video in an editing software. I average 600fps in game with no lag, however, in the playback tab the video seems to be very choppy.

PC Specs:
Intel i7 6700
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
16GB RAM

I actually have same problems the game does not lag at all, but when I stream video is choppy, also, it happened recently, immediately after Nvidia driver update, first I had Black screen problem but i fixed that, by using my nvidia as main video card, and now my games works fine, but obs videos are choppy even to viewers, strange ... also my specs are

intel i7 7700 HQ
Gtx 1060
8gb ram

Turning on Vsync didnt help me.

Okay, so I didnt make this thread because of streaming problems, instead for recording its just playback...
(Also, this fix did not work)
