Question / Help OBS? Lagging?

Hi obs!

If been trying to stream for about 6 months...
About a month ago bought a new processor i7 7700k 16gb ram etc.
But still on my old GTX 960 4GB (Bad i know)
When I'm trying to stream everything is lagging been streaming before and nothing was wrong?
once on a day it started never stopped.
Here u got logs a small footage.

Found this myself inside the log:

18:47:16.040: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 24 (0.3%)
18:38:21.082: Number of memory leaks: 25

What does this mean? is that's where the lag is coming from?
Old file btw but every log file is the same :)

I'm at the point of quitting streaming last hope is on this forum.

Cap the framerate in your game to close to the refresh rate of your display.
And make sure that your video card is in pci-e x16 slot 1 and is actually operating in x16 mode (you can check the mode with gpu-z)

I'm kinda nub sorry xD What does this all mean? My videocart is in the correct slot the 1st one
