OBS lagging

Hi all,
Got a question for you all.

I am starting to stream on twitch, and I used some overlays for the stream.
The controller overlay + mnkb overlay works and no problem with that.
Now today I tried multiple overlays, when some 1 subs or follows there is a pop up etc. The gameplay is in the left corner , the twitch chat in the right corner, top follower etc.
Now when I went ingame ( cod MW III) where I usually have around 140fps. I somehow got 25-45 fps and the game was unplayable for me. When I removed the overlays the game was back to normal.
Can any one help me out with this as the overlays are a nice addon for the stream

Please attach a log file that has been created when you are actually streaming or recording, otherwise the log file does not show the complete picture. Have a look at the analysis of the log file you uploaded here and address the issues identified.
