OBS lagging whole computer

Last week after several weeks of streaming with no problems, I noticed the whole computer lagging, the in program counter shows fps and cpu usage drop, the mouse freezes for a second and everything stops working. This comes intermittently however usually can fault now within 10 seconds of testing by simply moving the mouse to watch it freeze. This only happens when OBS is open. I have tried a fresh reinstall of OBS yet the same issue happens even before basic setup has started and with 0 equipment plugged in. Is there anything you can suggest to stop this. Thanks

Here is a log, howeverit was after the install so I'm not sure what it's showing, if you need another please let me know

I have worked this out now, but will put the solution here in case anyone else has issues. The problem was the intergrated graphic card was being used from the laptop rather than the proper one, once I turned off the card in the device manager the problem was solved.
