OBS Lagging While Recording Vidoe

Hi There, I've spent the last 4-hours trying to figure-out why the simple videos I'm trying to record with my iPhone are lagging in OBS. The audio it totally fine, but the video freezes and constantly lags. Could someone PLEASE help me out? I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions. I am on a MacBook Pro / MacOS Cataline Version 10.15.6. There does not appear to be an issue with my internet connection, and I've checked my settings multiple times. THANK YOU!

If you're using an iPhone as a camera in OBS you're likely using an app/plugin combo and should request support from the developer of that app. It is not made by OBS project.

I had the same issue, using epocam with my iphone....Couldn't find any help anywhere, so I eventually gave up on it and bought another webcam. Now it is still lagging and I still can't get any help in this forum, no matter how often I ask, but it is little bit better now and I have found workarounds. It is a free software after all.
