Question / Help obs lagging on stream and for me

So, I tried streaming three times, on three different games, and each time the game on stream was lagging and OBS saw the same thing. The game for me was at 62 fps, but for the stream, it felt like 20 FPS, and my cursor was lagging as well. I also happened to try tabbing out, and the game suddenly ran perfectly on OBS and stream. Now, please hear me out on this part. I looked at at least 10 guides about this and they all said the same thing, which was to put it on high priority in the Task Manager and OBS or to switch my encoder, check my CPU, everything. So, if there is something you think I haven't tried, post about it. I even went to the lengths to uninstall and reinstall. Thank you for your help in advance.

which means none of those guides are any good.

Post your OBS log first.
 
Looks like you're overloading your GPU. Enable vsync or a frame rate limiter and configure your graphics settings so that the GPU doesn't max out (if vsync isn't enough).
