Question / Help OBS lagging no matter what settings HELP!

Ok so I was recording fine with obs for months, years, now all of a sudden after about 5 seconds of recording, or streaming it just starts lagging/stuttering supper hard and it wont work. I tried game capture, window capture, display capture same in all of them. I've tried almost every you tube video nothing works, uninstall reinstall, None of the settings i change change anything at all i'm so frustrated. Im just lost at this point.
specs:
i7-4790k 4GHz
Radeon RX 480
Z97m Gaming Motherboard
144HZ Acer Monitor
16GB of ram

No output session in your log, so there's not much to say.

Streaming on wireless is usually not recommended, though.
 
Its not really internet thats a problem its obs itself or my pc somehow its just randomly started lagging and idk what to do here
