Never had this issue in the past! What could be causing lagged frames and FPS dropping on OBS but no dropped frames

Lagged frames is a result of maxing out your GPU. That said, the log you posted shows no recording/streaming attempts.

EDIT: Wrong log I looked at. However on the new log I noticed this.

15:22:12.763: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 134 (10.1%)

You need to reduce GPU loads by lowering settings and capping the in-game FPS. If it still persists disable Game Mode on Windows 10 if you haven't. H1Z1: King of the Kill is notorious for maxing out the GPU usage on even medium settings if you don't cap the FPS.

I used to play at 1920x1080 and stream it at 720p 60FPS no problem. then i switch my game res to 1600x1080 but now tournaments don't allow custom RES so i want to go back and now this problem is here when it never was before. I'm trying to figure out how im having this issue now and not before.
